The Virginia Center for Public Safety Advocacy Through the Arts Learning Partnership Mural Project was unveiled on Thursday, October 23.
The mural was created by young artists in the headquarters of the Portsmouth Police Department.
We're grateful to Rev. Dr. Mark Hayes for shepherding this project through the summer, as well as the Artists whose creativity made this happen.
