HR 308 which seeks to ban high-capacity ammunition clips was introduced in the House of Representatives by ç in February 2011, shortly after the mass shooting in Tuscon, AZ.  In this video, McCarthy discusses the goals and rationale of the proposed legislation, and how she believes social networking on the internet will play a role in helping to build support for the bill.
